What are the estimated shipping times, and do you ship worldwide?
Our average shipping time is approximately 8–10 business days. Please note that this does not include the assembly time required to prepare your PhoneBox, which typically takes 1–2 business days before shipment.
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
Do the PhoneBoxes prevent overheating?
Yes. Each unit is built with structured airflow spacing and integrated cooling fans designed to actively disperse heat. The fans continuously circulate air throughout the enclosure, helping maintain stable operating temperatures during extended use.
How many devices can one PhoneBox hold?
Each PhoneBox holds up to 20 devices, securely mounted and organized within the enclosure for structured operation and proper airflow spacing.
What Android versions do the devices come with?
By default, devices typically ship with Android versions between 9–11, as many users prefer testing their software on those versions for stability and compatibility purposes. If you require a newer version, you may contact our support team before placing your order to request an upgrade. Alternatively, you also have the option to update the devices yourself once you receive the PhoneBox.
Do I need additional software to monitor devices?
Yes. A compatible screen-monitoring application is required in order to view and manage the device screens. You can download our recommended screen-sharing software here:
